Paypal Scam Beware

Beware of Scammers who send messages like this stating that you have made a payment and asking you to use links to a FAKE Paypal account.

These can people try everything.

This is one that I received today

This one was sent today, the girl whose name is on these emails is on twitter so I sent her a message, not sure if she is a part of the scam as she never replied, but I found the senders I.P. address which is 109.129.225.68

They are using paypals copyright so surely paypal should be able to stop this?
